Pain Education Day

PAIN EDUCATION DAY

17th June 2025 – Glasgow Caledonian University

The Pain Education Day will host both local and international speakers with expertise on integrated community and interdisciplinary approaches towards both acute and chronic pain management from neonates to young adults. A central element of the education day will be an informal, interactive session on real world decision making. The education day will allow clinicians and researchers across a large variety of UK-based pain-related services to present a research and case studies, reflecting acute and chronic pain case studies across neonate, infant, pre-schooler, childhood, adolescent and young adult pain experiences. The education day will also include patients and third sector organisations sharing their reflections on their role and experience with real world decisions.

The Pain Education Day will be held at Glasgow Caledonian University on 17th June 2025. The education day will precede ISPP 2025 on 18th-20th June 2025 and is a separate event. Additional registration is required to attend the Pain Education Day.
